Traveling has always fueled my passion for food and wine. During my many visits to Italy, I discovered my love of Italian food, thanks to Marcella Libertini. Marcella is the chef and house manager for the Tuscan villa where my family and I vacation every summer. She is also the best Italian cook I've ever met, and she continues to influence my love of the Italian culture.
Marcella inspired me to bring authentic Italian cuisine and the atmosphere of a bustling Italian Cafe in Rome to our guests in Columbus, OH, and Scottsdale, AZ (opening October 2009). I invite you to experience Marcella's, a bustling burst of Italian flavors and energy - Salute!
